How To Order & Other Information (T&C's)

All designs are handmade by me and I usually work on a 2 week turnaround period although I will endeavour to shorten this timeframe wherever possible. 


Each item is lovingly hand made and quality checked once finished before dispatch / collection. Due to the hand crafted nature, no two pieces are exactly the same. Each will have unique differences or quirks; please bear in mind that colours may appear differently on screens and slight variations may occur.


I hope you are completely happy with your Buffycat Designs purchase but if you are not satisfied, please feel free to contact me on and we can discuss the issue and come to an agreement on how best to address it.


Because each item is hand made to order, items will not be accepted for refund due to a change of mind or lack of care. 


In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected.


Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.


If required, please contact me for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased. Please notify me within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason.


When returning an item, it is recommend that you use a recorded service as I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach me. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty.


I can deliver if you are near to me locally (Preston) or you can collect, otherwise I post out using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For (charged at Royal Mail current prices).  All frames sent out are securely packaged.


I use PayPal to securely send out an invoice with which you can pay through.


If an item is created to bespoke criteria, that is to say if it has been personalised, then it is not eligible for a refund. Please do bear this in mind when ordering.
